What We Believe:
Doctrine of God
We believe in one God eternally existing as one essence and three distinct persons: God the Father, God the Son, and God the Holy Spirit, each of whom is fully God, yet there is one God.
Doctrine of Creation and Providence
We believe that God created the world from nothing and governs all things at all times in all places.
Doctrine of Humanity
We believe that all humanity is created in the image of God and possesses intrinsic dignity and value.
Doctrine of Sin
We believe that sin entered the world through man and has fractured all things, leaving the world in desperate need of salvation.
Doctrine of Salvation
We believe that salvation is by grace alone through faith alone in Christ alone.
Doctrine of the Church
We believe that the Church is the body of Christ sent into the world to shine forth the glory of God.
Doctrine of New Creation
We believe in the future, physical, visible, personal and glorious return of Jesus Christ, the resurrection of the dead and the glorification of those alive in Christ, the judgment of the just and the unjust, and the fulfillment of Christ’s kingdom in the new heavens and the new earth. The righteous, in glorious bodies, will live and reign with Him forever, serving Him and giving Him unending praise and glory.
Doctrine of Hell
Satan, with his hosts and all those outside Christ, will be finally separated from the benevolent presence of God, enduring eternal punishment (Rev. 20:7-15).
Doctrine of Revelation
We believe the divine inspiration, truthfulness and authority of both Old and New Testament Scriptures in their entirety as the only written word of God, without error in all that it affirms, and the only infallible rule of faith and practice. We also affirm the power of God’s word to accomplish his purpose of salvation. God’s revelation in Christ and in Scripture is unchangeable. Through it the Holy Spirit still speaks today.
Doctrine of Marriage
We believe that marriage is an institute created by God for the glory of God. We believe that marriage is a sacred covenantal relationship between one man and one woman. This is to represent Christ and his bride, the church.
